Members of Kaufman PD and Kaufman FD staged in various conspicuous locations around the City today to pay respects as the funeral procession for Ofc. Matthew Bacon made its way through Kaufman around 1:00 p.m. Numerous agencies from the region joined in escorting the procession through town. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and the entire Dallas PD and Kaufman County organizations at this time.
