NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN RELATING TO POSSIBLE ADOPTION OF IMPACT FEES
The City Council of the City of Kaufman will hold a public hearing to consider adoption of Land Use Assumptions and Capital Improvements Plan under which wastewater impact fees may be imposed.

Any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or against the Land Use Assumptions and Capital Improvements Plan. Copies of the proposed Land Use Assumptions and Capital Improvements Plan are available on the City’s website and at City Hall, 209 S. Washington Street.
